Reccie for boards

Every build traced to a finding.

A blueprint built from what your people tell us. One your board can fund with confidence and your people will back.

A case your board can back.

  • An executive summary

Your read-only site opens on what the discovery found, in one read: what was heard, the first wave, and why each build comes first.

  • Ranked, with dependencies

Builds ranked on impact and effort, so the order is argued, not assumed.

  • Every figure sourced

Hours are labelled as estimates, from what people said each step takes.

  • Candid, because it’s safe

No one at the company sees who said what, so people say what’s really happening.

How each build traces back

Pull any build apart.

Every proposed build states the problem it solves, the findings behind it, and the roles who gave them. Follow it back and you reach what someone said. Agreement and disagreement both show.

Risk, managed

The risks a board asks about first.

  • Your people

Anonymous to the organisation: no one at the company sees who said what.

  • Your data

Each client runs in its own isolated environment on Google Cloud. Discovery is read-only by default.

  • Your options

No lock-in. Your blueprint, your choice of builder, including 1QLabs, the team behind Reccie.

Trust and security

Before you commit

Every big AI decision deserves a look before you commit.

Discovery comes before the spend. One fixed fee, and a blueprint at the end that shows the board what to build first, and why.

Frequently asked questions

Does discovery commit us to building?

No. Discovery ends in a blueprint you own. You decide what to build, and who builds it. Any capable team can build from it, including 1QLabs, the team behind Reccie.

How do we know the findings are sound?

A build is only proposed when at least two other people confirm the problem, or it shows up in more than one part of the process. Disputed findings are kept, not averaged away.

What does it cost?

One fixed fee for discovery, scoped with you and quoted up front.

Is this about cutting staff?

We design the work for capacity, not cuts. Findings are reported by role, never by name, and no one at the organisation sees who said what.
